Who doesn't love Olive Garden, right?  Every once in a while, it's fun to stray from the norm and do a bit of commercial work - so when I was contacted by the PR firm representing Olive Garden - I jumped at the chance to take some promotional images of the new restaurant and manager, Victor Rios.  It was neat to be able to get a peek inside before they were open, and if I'm being honest, I really wish I would have been asked to be paid in Olive Garden gift certificates...
