You know how I always say - schedule newborn pictures early, because baby will not sleep easily past a certain age? Well - this little guy came in at 2 months old, and proved me wrong and gave us plenty of adorable sleeping shots! It also helps that he brought his very handsome brother along, so I had fun taking some solo shots of him during feeding breaks. Such a great family! Baby Photo Studio Rockwall TX

21 reasons to be thankful this year | Rockwall Newborn Photographer

There are a LOT of things I'm thankful for this Thanksgiving. I'm deliriously thankful for my family, especially my children. I have such a sense of pride when I look at them - and as I look back on old pictures of them, and feel sadness that they are no longer as little as they once were - I look at them as they are today, and am blown away by what awesome little humans they are. This makes it even MORE rewarding when I look back on the new babies I've photographed since last Thanksgiving - I'm giddy with excitement, knowing what these families are embarking on - and I can't wait to watch all of them grow! Double Trouble | Twins | Rowlett Family Photographer

I met Heather and her family at Goar Park in Dallas, which is right down the street from SMU. It's a beautiful little park with plenty of unique backgrounds, which I love! Her twins are full of personality - I even let them grab my back-up camera and get in on the picture taking! Heather is a realtor with Ebby Halliday, and was kind enough to arrange for her clients to have portraits taken for their holiday cards - but I couldn't let her do that without first photographing HER family! My favorite is probably the reaction her kids had to seeing Mom & Dad kissing! Love it!
